PRIVACY POLICY // DATA INTEGRITY PROTOCOL

Effective Date: January 1, 2026 Series: Operational Standards

At Taylor Papadakis, we view your personal data as a sacred fragment of your identity. Just as our Specimens are preserved with care, your information is handled with absolute transparency and respect. This protocol outlines how we collect, utilize, and safeguard the digital footprints you leave within our archive.

1. THE COLLECTION OF FRAGMENTS

When you interact with the Taylor Papadakis digital circuit, we collect specific data points necessary to facilitate your acquisition of our work:

  • Identity Data: Full name, billing address, shipping address, and email coordinates.

  • Transaction Data: Details of the Specimens you have acquired and the payment method used (processed via encrypted third-party gateways).

  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and time-zone settings, gathered to optimize the brutalist interface of our site for your specific device.

2. UTILIZATION OF THE ARCHIVE

Your data is never "traded." It is used strictly for the following operational purposes:

  • Fulfillment: To assemble, curate, and ship your chosen Specimen to your location.

  • Communication: To provide updates on your order status or to respond to specific inquiries sent to our studio.

  • Archival Updates: If you have opted into our mailing list, we will occasionally send "Specimen Alerts" regarding new releases and limited studio drops.

3. SECURITY PROTOCOLS

We implement industrial-grade security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way.

Note: Payment processing is handled entirely by Tier-1 encrypted providers (such as Shopify Payments, Stripe, or PayPal). Taylor Papadakis does not store your full credit card numbers or CVV codes on our local servers.

4. DIGITAL FOOTPRINTS (COOKIES)

Our website utilizes "Cookies" to remember your preferences and keep track of the items in your cart. These small data files allow us to provide a seamless, high-speed experience. You can choose to disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may disrupt the functionality of the "Shop" section of the archive.

5. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRITY

We only share your information with essential service partners who help us function:

  • Logistics Partners: Courier services (UPS, DHL, FedEx) who require your address for dispatch.

  • Technical Partners: Our hosting and e-commerce platforms that keep the site operational.

  • Legal Necessity: We will only disclose information if required by law to protect our rights or comply with judicial proceedings.

6. YOUR ARCHIVAL RIGHTS

Under global data protection laws (including GDPR and CCPA), you have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  1. Access: Request a copy of the information we hold about you.

  2. Correction: Request that we fix any inaccurate data fragments.

  3. Erasure: Request that we "De-Archive" your personal data from our systems permanently.

  4. Withdrawal: Opt-out of marketing communications at any time via the "Unsubscribe" link in our emails.
