TERMS OF ACQUISITION // THE SPECIMEN PROTOCOL

Effective Date: January 1, 2026 Series: Operational Standards

By accessing www.taylorpapadakis.com and acquiring any work from our archive, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This is a binding agreement between the "Acquirer" (User) and the "Archivist" (Taylor Papadakis).

1. MATERIALITY & PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY

Each Specimen is a unique, hand-assembled physical archive.

  • Calculated Chaos: Due to the raw and organic nature of our materials—including genuine biological specimens (insects), vintage coins, hand-sourced charms, and weathered textures—slight variations from the gallery images are not defects. They are intentional.

  • Organic Aging: Materials such as raw amber, saturated wood, and untreated metals are selected for their ability to age and change over time. By acquiring a piece, you accept these inherent material characteristics as part of the "Incorruptible Visual Storytelling" process.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CREATIVE ARCHIVE

All content included on this site—including but not limited to the SPECIMEN and TERRA_BRUTA naming conventions, product designs, photographic assets, brand philosophy, and written descriptions—is the exclusive property of Taylor Papadakis.

  • Prohibited Use: Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of these "Visual Stories" for commercial or personal gain is strictly prohibited without express written consent from the Archivist.

3. ACQUISITION ELIGIBILITY

To successfully acquire a Specimen through our digital circuit:

  • Legal Age: You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding contract.

  • Payment Authorization: You represent that you are the authorized user of the payment method provided and that all information is accurate.

  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to cancel any order or refuse service to anyone at our discretion, particularly in cases where we suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Taylor Papadakis creates "Urban Armor," but these pieces are intended for aesthetic and spiritual use only.

  • Safety Warning: Our jewelry contains small parts, sharp biological elements (encapsulated), and heavy industrial chains. These items are not intended for children and should be worn with care.

  • Risk: Taylor Papadakis is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including physical injury or skin irritation) arising from the wear or misuse of our products.

  • Usage: Our liability to you for any order will not exceed the total price paid for the specific Specimen in question.

5. EXTERNAL LINKS & NODES

Our archive may contain links to third-party platforms (Social Media, Payment Gateways). We do not control or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party "nodes" outside of www.taylorpapadakis.com.

6. GOVERNING LAW

This protocol and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Taylor Papadakis is officially registered.
